ONLINE TRAINING
Online training is a non-refundable service unless otherwise noted, and the prepaid program is for one or four consecutive weeks. The program will be provided to the client within two weeks of date of purchase. Galina Parfenov Training (GPT) is not responsible for the maintenance of the True Coach platform; the client's program will only be extended if True Coach is not functioning for one or more weeks. The client's program will be updated either on a weekly or monthly basis, at the discretion of GPT. The cost of the program will be refunded entirely should GPT fail to enter workouts on a timely basis. The client must consent to the GPT Liability Release prior to training.
PRIVATE COACHING
24 hour notice is required for lesson cancellation and rescheduling and the client is otherwise responsible for the cost of the lesson. All lessons are given by Galina Parfenov at The Cliffs at Valhalla, with consent from both facilities. The client will be responsible for the cost of a day pass or membership and is expected to oblige by the rules of conduct of the facility. The client must consent to the GPT Liability Release prior to training.
